The language of the congress will be English. Simultaneous translation will not be available.
Visa Requirement
All foreign delegates are required to check with the Local Indian Embassy or Consulate for Indian Visa.
Cancellation of Registration
A refund (less Rs.1000/- for national delegates and US$ 100 for international delegates will be deducted to cover administrative expenses) will be granted to registered participants who are unable to attend, provided written notice is received at the Secretariat on or before 15th January, 2025. We regret that any request received after this date will not be considered. It may please be noted that refunds will be issued only at the end of the conference.
Incentives/ Travel Bursary
ISSRF takes pleasure to provide passage fare (Both way 3rd AC railway fare) to 25 students interested in attending the conference. The student must be a life member of ISSRF and should have submitted the abstract which has been accepted for presentation in the conference and not in receipt of any fellowship/stipend.
